This step helps ensure the final plan fits your space, meets your needs, and works with the existing landscape.

Using the information from the on-site review, our design team creates detailed plans that include layouts, hardscape features, planting areas, and optional elements like fireplaces or pools. For an additional cost, we can provide 3D renderings or virtual tours so you can see how the design will look before construction begins.

After reviewing your feedback, we prepare a detailed proposal that includes the final design plan, itemized budget, and project timeline. You’ll have the chance to review the proposal, ask questions, and request any final changes before moving forward.

Before work begins, we obtain any required permits and coordinate with utility companies to mark underground lines. Materials are ordered, and the construction schedule is finalized for efficiency. A pre-construction meeting is held to review the plan and timeline so the project can move forward smoothly.

The construction phase begins with a project kickoff to align the team and review goals. Our project manager oversees all work to ensure it meets schedule and quality standards. You’ll receive regular updates as progress continues. The phase ends with a final walkthrough to confirm that everything meets your expectations before the project is completed.
